The SVE Profit & Loss App (“App”), developed by Sanz Virtual Enterprise (“SVE”), is designed to provide small business owners, sole proprietors, and freelancers with a private, offline tool for tracking income and expenses and calculating Profit & Loss and Retained Earnings statements.
Information Collected by the App
The App is designed to operate offline and store financial information locally on your device. SVE does not collect, receive, or store the financial information you enter into the App on SVE servers. The App does not require cloud storage or the transmission of your financial records to SVE to perform its core functions.
Local Data Storage and User Control
All financial information entered into the App, including income, expenses, business expense categories, and information used to calculate financial reports, is stored locally on your device. You maintain control over the information you enter and manage through the App.
The App includes a Reset function that allows you to clear your records and start fresh. Because your data is stored locally, SVE cannot recover information that is deleted, lost, or otherwise becomes inaccessible unless you have retained a usable backup.
PDF Reports and JSON Backup and Restore
The App allows you to generate and export PDF versions of your Profit & Loss and Retained Earnings reports. It also provides JSON data export and restore functionality so you can back up your information and restore it later when needed.
When you export a PDF report or JSON backup, you control where the file is saved and whether you choose to share it with another person or service. Any information contained in exported files may be accessible to others depending on where you save, store, or share those files.
